プライバシーポリシー（U&Play）
運営者：U&Play運営チーム（以下「運営者」といいます） 連絡先：［uplay6840@gmail.com］ 対象サービス：U&Play（以下「本サービス」といいます）
本ポリシーは、本サービスにおける利用者情報（個人情報を含む）の取得、利用、共有、保管、削除等の取り扱い方針を定めるものです。
運営者は、以下の情報を取得します。
2.1 アカウント・プロフィール情報
メールアドレス
認証情報（Googleログインに関連する識別子等、メールアドレス等）
プロフィール情報
プロフィール画像
2.2 コミュニケーション情報
チャットの送受信内容（メッセージ本文、送受信日時、相手識別子等）
2.3 端末・利用状況に関する情報
端末情報（OS種別・バージョン、アプリバージョン等）
利用ログ（閲覧・操作履歴、クラッシュ/エラー情報等）
2.4 取得しない情報
位置情報
端末の連絡先（電話帳） ※将来これらを取得する場合、事前に本ポリシーを改定し、必要な同意・表示を行います。
取得した情報は、主に以下の目的で利用します。
本サービスの提供
不正利用の防止、スパム/詐欺対策、規約違反の調査、通報対応、安全確保
お問い合わせ対応、重要なお知らせの通知
利用状況の分析、品質改善、機能改善
広告の表示・効果測定
将来的な分析（通報傾向の解析、ユーザー傾向分析）※実施する場合は、使用する仕組み・範囲を明確化します
運営者は、以下の場合に利用者情報を第三者と共有または提供することがあります。
4.1 外部サービス提供者（委託先）との共有
運営者は本サービス運用のため、クラウド基盤（例：Firebase等）、分析ツール、広告配信サービス（例：Google AdMob等）、広告等の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。これらの事業者は、運営者の委託を受けて利用者情報を取り扱うことがあります。
4.2 法令に基づく場合等
法令に基づく開示要請がある場合、または人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合等、法令上認められる範囲で提供することがあります。
4.3 広告配信に伴う共有
本サービスが広告を表示する場合、広告配信・測定のために、広告事業者等が端末情報や利用ログ等を取得する場合があります。
本サービスはメッセージの継続表示、通報対応、不正対策、安全確保のため、チャット内容はサーバーに保存され、通報対応、不正防止、安全確保等の目的で運営者が確認する場合があります。 アカウント削除が行われた場合でも上記の目的のため、チャット内容やチャットに付随する最小限の情報（送信者・受信者の識別子、送受信日時等）が、合理的な期間に限りサーバー上に残る場合があります。また、チャットの相手側には相手の記録としてメッセージが一定期間表示され続ける場合があります。 保存範囲・保存期間は技術上または運用上の必要により変更されることがあります（変更が重要な場合は本ポリシー改定等により周知します）。
運営者は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で利用者情報を保存します。
6.2 退会・アカウント削除
利用者は、アプリ内の手続によりアカウント削除を申請できます。さらに、アプリを削除してしまった場合等では上記連絡先に連絡することでもアカウント削除を申請できます。
運営者は、アカウント削除の申請があった場合、原則として当該利用者の認証情報（メールアドレス・ログイン識別子等）、プロフィール情報、ユーザープロフィール用の画像等を削除します。 ただし、不正防止、通報・紛争対応、法令遵守、バックアップ運用等の目的で、チャット内容や通報履歴等の必要最小限の情報を合理的な期間に限り保持する場合があります。
運営者は、利用者情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、アクセス制御、権限管理、通信の保護等、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます（具体的な手段は、セキュリティ上の理由により開示しない場合があります）。
利用者は、法令に基づき、運営者が保有する利用者情報について、開示、訂正、削除等を求めることができます。
請求方法や本人確認の方法は、問い合わせ窓口にて案内します。
本サービスは16歳以上を対象とし、未成年者は保護者の同意を得て利用してください。なお、各国の法令・ストア要件により追加対応が必要となる場合があります。
本サービスは将来的に海外利用者を含む可能性があり、またクラウド事業者等の利用により、利用者情報が日本国外で保管・処理される場合があります。その場合でも、運営者は本ポリシーに沿って適切に取り扱います。
運営者は、法令変更、機能追加（有料機能、AI分析、取得データの追加）等に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知や登録メール等で周知します。

This Policy describes how we collect, use, share, store, and delete user information (including personal information) in the Service.
The Operator collects the following information.
2.1 Account and Profile Information
Email address
Authentication data (identifiers and email associated with Google login, etc.)
Profile information
Profile image
2.2 Communication Information
Chat content (message text, send/receive times, recipient/sender identifiers, etc.)
2.3 Device and Usage Information
Device information (OS type and version, app version, etc.)
Usage logs (browsing and interaction history, crash/error information, etc.)
2.4 Information We Do Not Collect
Location information
Device contacts (phone book) If we collect these in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent or provide notice as required.
Collected information is used mainly for:
Providing the Service
Preventing misuse, spam/fraud, investigating violations, handling reports, and ensuring safety
Responding to inquiries and sending important notices
Analyzing usage, improving quality and features
Displaying ads and measuring their effectiveness
Future analysis (e.g. report trends, user trends); if we do this, we will clarify the mechanisms and scope
The Operator may share or provide user information to third parties in the following cases.
4.1 Sharing with External Service Providers (Processors)
To operate the Service, the Operator may use cloud infrastructure (e.g. Firebase), analytics tools, ad services (e.g. Google AdMob), and other external services. These providers may process user information on behalf of the Operator.
4.2 When Required by Law
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect life, body, or property to the extent permitted by law.
4.3 Sharing for Ad Delivery
When the Service shows ads, ad providers may collect device and usage data for delivery and measurement.
For continuous display of messages, handling reports, fraud prevention, and safety, chat content is stored on servers and may be reviewed by the Operator for those purposes. The scope and retention period may change for technical or operational reasons (significant changes will be communicated via Policy updates or in-app notice).
The Operator retains user information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of use.
6.2 Withdrawal / Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through in-app procedures. If the app has been uninstalled, etc., users may also request account deletion by contacting the address above.
Upon request, the Operator will generally delete user information. We may retain the minimum necessary information for a reasonable period for fraud prevention, report/dispute handling, legal compliance, and backup operation.
The Operator takes reasonable security measures such as access control, permission management, and secure communications to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of user information (specific measures may not be disclosed for security reasons).
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or similar regarding your information held by the Operator.
Methods for submitting requests and identity verification will be explained at the contact desk.
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. Minors should use the Service with parental consent. Additional measures may be required under local laws and store requirements.
The Service may be used by users abroad, and use of cloud providers may result in user information being stored or processed outside Japan. In such cases, the Operator will handle information in accordance with this Policy.
The Operator may revise this Policy in response to legal changes, new features (paid features, AI analysis, additional data collection), etc. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.
